Fault Detection Procedure of Oxygen Concentrator

1. Check the pipeline connection of oxygen concentrator. If found falling off, please connect it.

2. Turn on oxygen concentrator only. Open the ozone output connecting pipe to see if there is gas flowing out. Meanwhile check the flow of oxygen flow meter. Regulate oxygen flow meter, if there is oxygen blows out, it indicates that oxygen concentrator is normal.

3. Open the door on the right side to check whether the pressure regulating valve is off and whether the pipe is leaking (as shown in Figure 4). If the valve is off, please turn on it. If the tracheal (as shown in the red frame) drops, please reconnect it. If there is air leakage, please replace the trachea and tie in.
